
I wanted to give a quick update on the planning for our World Fest event. The date is Friday, June 19th. Room Parents will be sending more information about signing up for food donations. The schedule will go something like this.
Drop off food items in the morning or by 10:30 am. You may leave items labeled World Fest in the kitchen.
10:45-11:15 Project Exhibit in your child's classroom
11:15 All parents go to the cafeteria to set up food items and prepare to serve the students. Parents will be able to eat after serving all three classrooms.
11:30 Lunch in the cafeteria Lucente
11:50 Lunch in the cafeteria Abbott
12:10 Lunch in the cafeteria Barth
12:30ish parents eat and help with clean up
All students will have returned to the classroom for dessert. Students who are not in the cafeteria will be with their teachers working on activities in the classroom.
Please let me know if you not be able to attend this event. I will make sure your child has all the same opportunities for sharing their hard work.
If possible, could you contribute $2 for paper products? This would be appreciated.
